Presentation Converter
A presentation file stores each slide as positioned shapes, text boxes and pictures. Converting to PDF or images means laying those elements out and drawing them.
FileTools360 reads the deck's XML directly and renders text, positioning, colours, tables and embedded pictures. It does not render charts, SmartArt, gradients or animations, and it says so on every page rather than producing a deck with holes in it.

Why convert a deck to PDF
PowerPoint files shift when opened on a machine with different fonts installed, and they require PowerPoint or an equivalent to open at all. PDF fixes the layout and opens anywhere.
This matters most when sending a deck to someone outside your organisation, attaching it to an email, or publishing it — the recipient sees what you designed rather than an approximation.
When to export slides as images
Individual slide images are what you want for embedding a slide in a document, posting one to social media, or generating thumbnails.
Because each slide becomes a picture, the text is no longer selectable — which is fine for a thumbnail and wrong for a document someone needs to read carefully.
