FileTools360 is an independent project, so this page is honest about what exists and what does not.
No support channel is configured
There is no contact form, support inbox or social account behind this deployment. Rather than showing a form that sends nowhere or linking to accounts that do not exist, this page says so. Setting
NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPPORT_EMAIL turns this into a working contact page; until then, the answers below cover most of what people write in about. If a conversion is not working
Most problems fall into one of these, and each has an answer on the site already:
- The converter says the file is a different format. FileTools360 identifies files by their contents, not their name. A
.pngthat is really a JPEG is flagged and handled correctly — open the converter that matches the real format. - The file is too large. Limits are per conversion and are shown before you start. Because the work happens on your device, memory is the real constraint; a laptop handles far more than a phone.
- The conversion is listed as unsupported. Its page explains the specific reason and suggests an alternative. Those pages are deliberate, not gaps.
- A scanned PDF produced no text. Scans have no text layer. Use OCR PDF instead.
- Something failed with a technical message. Every error card has a “Technical details” disclosure with the underlying cause — useful if you are debugging your own deployment.
