One address, read by someone who can actually change the thing you are writing about. Include the converter you were using, what the file was, and what you expected to happen — that is almost always enough to reproduce it.

Never attach the file
Whatever went wrong, do not send us the document. It stayed on your device throughout the conversion, and emailing it now would undo the entire point of using this site. Describe it instead — format, rough size, where it came from. That is genuinely enough.

Email is read considerably faster than post. The address is here because a site that asks you to trust it with your documents should be willing to say where it is.

Most problems fall into one of these, and each has a specific answer on this site already. None of them require anybody to reply to you.
It says the file is a different format
FileTools360 identifies files by their actual contents, not their name. A .png that is really a JPEG gets flagged and handled correctly — open the converter that matches the real format and it will go through.
The file is too large
Limits are per conversion and shown before you start. Because the work happens on your own device, memory is the real constraint — a laptop handles far more than a phone, and closing other tabs genuinely helps.
The conversion is listed as unsupported
Its page explains the specific technical reason and suggests an alternative. Those pages are deliberate, not gaps — see the full directory for what is and is not possible.
A scanned PDF produced no text
Scans have no text layer to extract — the page is a picture of words. Run OCR PDF first, which reads the characters off the image and adds a real text layer.
Something failed with a technical message
Every error card has a “Technical details” disclosure with the underlying cause. Open it before assuming the file is at fault — it usually names the specific thing that went wrong, and it is the single most useful line to quote if you do write in.
